Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page or by visiting the carrier's website directly. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland, local customs duties or taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are set by your country's government and are the responsibility of the recipient. Holm & Hearth is not responsible for any customs fees or delays caused by customs processing.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@holmandhearth.com with:

-Your order number
-The item(s) you wish to return
-The reason for the return
-A photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@holmandhearth.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

- Candles or wax melts that have been lit or used
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items without original packaging
