How long does shipping take? We deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. Standard delivery takes 7–20 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Is shipping really free? Yes — every order ships free, no minimum spend required.

How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Visit our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number to see your delivery status.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@holmandhearth.com with your order number.

What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@holmandhearth.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Do you ship to my country? We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. We're looking to expand to more countries in the future.

Can I cancel my order? If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us at support@holmandhearth.com and we'll do our best to cancel it. Once dispatched, you'll need to follow our returns process.

Is my payment secure? Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, SSL-encrypted payment system. We never store your credit card information.
