Description

There's a difference between a towel you reach for and one you settle into. This is the second kind — heavy enough that you feel the weight when you pick it up, plush enough that it folds itself.

Woven from 100% cotton in a high-low loop pattern, with a structured dobby border and finished hem. At 800 grams and 80 by 160 centimetres, it's properly bath-sheet sized — long enough to wrap fully, weighty enough to feel earned. Three quiet shades to choose from: White, Mist Blue, or Slate — each one sits comfortably against tile, painted walls, or warm wood.

Pair two for guests, stock three to rotate through the week, or pick a single one as a small upgrade to the morning routine. Wash before first use; warm machine wash, low tumble dry, and skip the fabric softener — it's the loops that hold the softness.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Request a Return

-Your order number
-The item(s) you wish to return
-The reason for the return
-A photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@holmandhearth.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

- Candles or wax melts that have been lit or used
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items without original packaging
