Description

A small, satisfying object. The slatted timber rack lifts your soap clear of the water that would otherwise soften it, and the gaps let everything dry properly between uses. The kind of small change that makes a soap bar last twice as long.

Each rack is hand-finished from solid wood — choose Charred for a deep, smoky tone with grain still visible beneath, or Natural for a warm pale wood that softens with use. Compact enough for the edge of a basin, simple enough that it does not need to make a statement.

One of the quieter pieces in the bathroom. It earns its place.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@holmandhearth.com with:

-Your order number
-The item(s) you wish to return
-The reason for the return
-A photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@holmandhearth.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

- Candles or wax melts that have been lit or used
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items without original packaging
